IAM Active Directory Specialist 3+ months McKinney, TX (Hybrid) Active Directory Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units. Identity and Access Management: Implement and manage IAM solutions, ensuring secure access to systems and data. Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, performing regular audits and assessments. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve AD-related issues, providing technical support to end-users. Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline AD management tasks. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to integrate AD with various applications and systems. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of AD configurations, processes, and procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Active Directory administration and IAM. • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory. • Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices. • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. • Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar. • Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD). Estimated Min Rate: $50 Estimated Max Rate: $55 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
