TCI has an immediate need for a 2nd shift Plant IT Administrator in Clarksville, IN. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. NOTE: Training will be onsite in Shelbyville, KY for approximately 1 month then 1 day/week at the Shelbyville campus through December. SUMMARY Our Client is a globally leading steel and technology group with a unique combination of materials and processing expertise. The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting network, IP Phones, computers, printers, and scanners at a manufacturing facility. Solid trouble shooting skills of computer networks and maintaining, troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and OS. They will also be asked to support end users via VPN. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of overall experience in Information Technology including 2+ years of experience as a Network Administrator in a medium sized manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco network infrastructure (routers & switches). Experience troubleshooting & replacing hardware for pc’s, laptops, printers and scanners. Knowledge and experience maintaining and resolving issues with Active Directory, Windows 10/11, MS Office Suite, printers, scanners, monitors, etc. Knowledge of troubleshooting Cisco IP Phone Systems is a plus. On call rotation once every 4 weeks. Ability to train on 1st shift in Shelbyville, KY for approximately 1 month. Ability to work 2nd shift (either 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm) shift when new plant in Clarksville, IN opens full time in December 2025.
