Inspiration Global is seeking a Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models particularly in Generative AI applications, LLMs, and advanced data analytics. You ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to build intelligent systems that drive business transformation and deliver real-world impact. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Gen AI models (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, etc.). Implement and fine-tune machine learning pipelines using modern frameworks. Build scalable AI solutions leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). Collaborate cross-functionally to identify AI use cases and integrate solutions into existing products. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Research and stay current on advancements in AI/ML, NLP, and Gen AI ecosystems. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development. Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma). Solid understanding of ML lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment. Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and cloud-based AI pipelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience building Gen AI chatbots, document summarization, or image generation models. Exposure to LangChain, OpenAI API, or Azure OpenAI Services.
