We’re a fast-paced, client-focused MSP based in Austin, and we’re looking for an experienced System Administrator Level 2.5 (MSP) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an MSP environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and wants to grow their career while making a direct impact on our clients. You'll work across cloud and on-prem environments, splitting your time between project-based work and high-level escalated support. You'll be exposed to a wide range of technologies and industries, and you'll play a key role in both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Daily Responsibilities: • Tackle advanced support tickets and infrastructure projects with confidence and independence • Design, deploy, and maintain environments across Azure, Microsoft 365, VMware, and Hyper-V (autonomously and on a team) • Lead or assist with migrations, upgrades, and system implementations • Work directly with clients, providing clear communication and high-quality service • Maintain strong security and compliance standards across client networks • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline documentation, automation, and system health Tech You’ll Work With: • Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune • Azure and AWS cloud platforms • Windows Server (2016–2022), SQL Server • VMware, Hyper-V, RDS • Active Directory, Group Policy • Networking (routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN) • Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWall • Security tools and policies across endpoint and infrastructure Benefits: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Hybrid WFH (50/50 split at home and in office) • Life insurance and long-term disability • 401(k) with 3% match • Paid vacation and holidays • Certification reimbursement
