Job Description Nemours is seeking a Server Administrator to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Orlando, Florida. The System Administrator position is responsible for the administration and management of enterprise Windows based systems, O365 Tenant administration and VMware ESX environment. Core responsibilities include Microsoft O365 Tenant administration including Exchange Online, Teams, Azure AD, One Drive Admin, MFA Management. Building, installing and configuring all Windows based physical and virtual servers, deploying and testing the O/S, installing, configuring Citrix (if applicable), patching servers, performance tuning and printing issues. This position will require an advanced technical knowledge of Windows systems including Active Directory, DNS, Windows File Systems, Group Policy as well as the analysis and resolution of system hardware, software, networking and printing issues. Knowledge of Microsoft SC Operations Manager, and Citrix is a plus. • Experienced in Windows/Active Directory Management in an Enterprise environment. • O365 Tenant Administration, including Exchange Online, One Drive, Azure AD, Access Policy, MFA, Security settings. • Responsible for the installation and administration of system software to include server based business applications. • Knowledge of PowerShell. • Work in a Data Center environment, installing and configuring new servers based on company standards, completing cable runs, rack/stack servers, document hardware installs, and maintain overall cable organization. • Monitor and analyze server resources to ensure optimal performance • Provide technical support for server systems via troubleshooting and telephone support • Ensure security procedures are implemented and enforced. • Provides on-call off hours support as needed and participates in a rotation for scheduled downtime activities • Performs other systems related duties as assigned. Job Requirements • Associate's Degree preferred, however, equivalent work experience can be considered in lieu of degree. • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience required.
