Opportunity Details {dcrs_type} Pricing Manager - Profitability & Analytics Downtown Los Angeles, CA Start Date: As soon as possible Pay: Salary between $170,000 - $190,000 (possible stretch for exceptional candidates) + Bonus (5-10%) + Profit Sharing (7.5%) Job Overview: A global professional services firm is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its finance team in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY. This hybrid role focuses on pricing governance, profitability analysis, and approval processes to ensure the financial integrity of all fee arrangements and alternative pricing models. In this position, you will partner with firm leadership to develop KPIs, track pricing impact, and review discounted or non-standard pricing engagements. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong analytical foundation, pricing expertise, and the ability to guide senior stakeholders in high-stakes financial decisions. Sched ule and Shift: • Full-time • Hybrid: Office location in LA or NYC (specific hybrid schedule determined by team) Pr imary Job Responsibilities: • Support the Pricing Approval Committee with data-driven recommendations • Review, validate, and approve fee proposals involving discounts or AFAs • Create KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure pricing performance • Partner with leadership to refine workflows, escalation paths, and compliance procedures • Conduct post-engagement reviews of discounted and non-standard pricing arrangements Q ualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred) • 7+ years of analytical experience in finance or professional services • 2+ years leading projects or strategic initiatives • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects • Proven experience influencing senior leadership and executives • Background in law firm or RFP pricing preferred but not required Ben efits: • Hybrid schedule in LA or NYC • Healthcare, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) with profit sharing (7.5%) • PTO: 23 days in the first year + 11 paid holidays • Wellness programs, professional development, and employee resource networks
