We are seeking ambitious and intellectually curious recent graduates to join our dynamic team as Junior Data Analysts. Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) is required, and exposure to SQL, Python, or R is a significant plus. Help identify data quality issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with team members on data-related projects. Learn and apply new data analysis tools and techniques. Assist in documenting data processes and methodologies. Contribute to ad-hoc data requests and analyses. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Strong foundational knowledge of data analysis principles and statistical concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Exposure to SQL for data querying is highly desirable. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting. Enthusiasm for learning and a strong interest in data analytics.
