Overview We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities: • Administer and support Intune MDM, including workstation management, application packaging and distribution, and Windows patching • Manage Microsoft M365 environment, specifically: • Entra ID administration• Conditional Access configuration and troubleshooting• Enterprise App/App registration and administration in Entra • Work across services like Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Teams Voice • Provide design and support expertise in Azure and AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop) environments • Manage and support on-prem Active Directory, including design and maintenance Required Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience in desktop engineering roles (not support/operations-focused) • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, and patch management • Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and enterprise application registration • Solid understanding of Azure and AVD setup, administration, and troubleshooting • Experience with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams (including Voice), and SharePoint • Competence with hybrid Active Directory environments• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid onsite model Job Type: Contract Pay: $46.02 - $55.42 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Des Moines, IA 50265
