Job Title: Associate Account Executive Manager: Operations Manager Compensation: Base Salary, Car Allowance Incentive Pay: Uncapped Commissions, Reimbursed Tolls, Company Cell Phone, Computer, and Credit Card, & President’s Club Benefits: Full Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, & PTO + PTO on your birthday, Parental Leave, Monthly Friday Flex-Day Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: 1st year expected comp = $65,000 + Overview: We are hiring an AAE to join our expanding company which specializes in temporary construction staffing. As an AAE you will spend 75% of your time learning from the Account Executives how to recruit, place, and manage highly efficient teams for your projects. The other 25% of your time will be spent in the field building upon your relationships with the clients and ensuring you have the right personnel in the right positions. Responsibilities: • Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams • Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites • Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates • Managing the onboarding process of new employees • Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates • Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees • Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients’ • Build upon and maintain client relationships • Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings • Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions • Communicate expectations between all stakeholders Qualifications: • Bilingual in Spanish • Must be outgoing, personable and a team player • Strong communication and time management skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Radley is an equal opportunity employer Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: • Commission pay Language: • Spanish (Required) Ability to Commute: • Plano, TX 75074 (Required) Work Location: In person
