Job Description Job Description Full-time (Direct Hire) | Local (Tampa area) Candidates preferred | Remote (EST Business Hours) We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with Azure Cloud experience to join our $2B+ healthcare client based in Tampa Bay, Florida. This is a full-time (direct-hire) position and the candidate may work remotely if not in the local area. If local, would ask to be onsite 1x a week. This is an exciting role for a strong developer with an Azure Cloud background. You will be working on new development and the migration of on-premise C#.NET applications to Azure Cloud. The applications are integral to day-to-day business activities for multiple business lines for the company and are service-oriented between multiple systems. You will play a key driver in this migration working closely with leadership in the implementation, assisting peers using their technical expertise, and bringing the team to the next level of cloud knowledge! Qualified candidates will have proven Web & Cloud application development experience including: • 8+years of professional software development experience including at least 2 years functioning as a Lead (handling the day-to-day delegating and mentoring of other developers) • 5+ years of web development using ASP.NET 4.0 and above, MVC, jQuery, and SQL (stored procedures) experience • 2 years of work experience in delivering solutions to Azure Cloud • Experience creating, deploying, and supporting cloud applications, services, and databases in Azure • Proven hands-on experience in implementing pipelines (Terraform and Classic), automated unit testing, and management of projects leveraging DevOps and all capabilities • Background in developing REST-based web services; good knowledge of SOA best practices, methodologies, and standards • Deep understanding of DevOps and Continuous Integration (CI) techniques • Experience with Web Portal/Site Design, Microsoft NuGet, or SearchStax a plus • Knowledge of YAML, Splunk, Twilio, Network API, or Redis is highly preferred U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only, please.
