Job Title : GenAI/Microsoft Copilot Studio/Web Designer Consultant Location : Columbia, SC (Onsite/Hybrid) Duration : 6-12 months Only US citizens, GC, H1B, H4-EAD only MUST BE LOCAL TO SOUTH CAROLINA NEED LOCAL DL Position Overview : The Client is seeking a Fullstack Web Designer Consultant to support the Cloud Services Team in designing, developing, and maintaining custom SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. This role will focus on creating scalable enterprise applications and workflows using Microsoft technologies including PowerApps, SharePoint Online, CoPilot Studio, and the .NET Framework. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities, experience in both Agile and Waterfall development environments, and excellent collaboration and communication skills. This is a senior-level consultant position requiring a high degree of self-direction, technical expertise, and documentation proficiency. Key Responsibilities : Technical Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain advanced SharePoint (2019/Online) and PowerApps applications. Implement and manage Microsoft 365 Power Platform solutions including Power Automate (Flow). Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams, Exchange, and other business systems. Develop GenAI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. Utilize development technologies such as ASP.NET , C#, MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML5, and REST APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint/PowerApps setup, configuration, and integration. Create technical documentation, governance models, and instructional content for end users. Build and enhance PowerApps Canvas and Model-Driven apps. Perform QA testing and work collaboratively with users and IT teams to ensure data quality and system reliability. Manage application-level security, monitor performance, and suggest system enhancements. Provide root cause analysis and resolution for technical issues in cloud-based applications. Install and configure systems and applications software as needed. Adhere to enterprise-level information security policies and best practices. Non-Technical Responsibilities: Engage effectively with stakeholders from business users to Director-level IT professionals. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business clients. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to promote solution adoption. Lead or assist in troubleshooting and handoff support to team members when necessary. Proactively seek process improvements and contribute to internal knowledge bases. Manage multiple concurrent priorities and provide regular status updates. Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Required Skills (Ranked in Order of Importance): Microsoft 365 Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) SharePoint Technologies (2019 & Online) .NET Framework ( ASP.NET , ADO.NET ) Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio Web Development (MVC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) D365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Exchange General database design and data administration Application security and access control Internet Information Services (IIS) Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience with PCI, NIST, or Pub1075 compliance implementations or audits Familiarity with enterprise development tools and environments Experience working in collaborative team-based development settings Understanding of secure coding practices and security auditing procedures Experience in the public sector or government IT environments is a plus.
