Please check both and respond promptly. • Location: Fort Mills, SC / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite) • Job Type: Full-time (Permanent) • Salary Range: USD 120,000 – 150,000 • Citizenship/Visa Status Required: U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or H1B with I-140 Role Overview • Lead migration of legacy Tibco-based applications to modern .NET Core platform. • Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless migration. • Drive innovation and best practices within a financial services/wealth management context. Key Responsibilities • Oversee migration of Tibco-based applications to .NET Core ensuring high performance and scalability. • Design and develop secure, maintainable, and scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to align migration with business objectives. • Perform system analysis, design, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting. • Ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory compliance. • Document migration processes and maintain auditable records. • Conduct unit and integration testing of migrated systems. • Identify and proactively mitigate risks during the migration process. • Stay updated with financial tech trends, tools, and emerging technologies. Must-Have Skills & Experience • 5 years of software development experience in Tibco and .NET Core. • Hands-on experience with Tibco EMS, BusinessWorks (BW), and integration patterns. • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level migration projects. • Deep understanding of financial services and/or wealth management systems. • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the finance domain. • Cloud experience, preferably with AWS. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. Preferred Skills & Experience • Experience with trading platforms, risk management, or portfolio systems. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies. • Certifications in .NET Core, AWS, or Tibco (nice to have).
