Role: Technical Analyst User Enablement (ID: 1440964) Duration: 08-Sep-2025 31-Dec-2025 Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Pay Rate: Max $60-63/hr Work Authorization: USC and GC only Job Description The Technical Analyst User Enablement provides frontline support, documentation, and training to help employees effectively adopt and leverage collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook) and AI productivity assistants (Copilot). This role bridges technical expertise and user experience, driving smooth adoption, improved productivity, and a culture of digital enablement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Knowledge Management • Create & maintain clear guides, FAQs, and training materials • Develop quick-reference sheets, video snippets, and visual aids • Keep knowledge bases updated as tools/policies evolve Training & Enablement • Act as a Copilot & collaboration tools evangelist • Deliver virtual & in-person training sessions for different user groups • Build scenario-based learning exercises with practical use cases Analytics & Feedback • Provide insights on training effectiveness & adoption opportunities • Gather and integrate user feedback into documentation & training • Use ticket data, usage reports & adoption metrics to identify trends Change Adoption & Continuous Improvement • Communicate the value story of collaboration platforms & AI assistants • Partner with change management teams to encourage adoption • Stay ahead of platform updates & prepare user-facing materials Preferred Experience • Understanding of AI/ML concepts in productivity contexts • Background in IT support, technical training, or user enablement • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) • Proficiency in Microsoft tools & knowledge of enterprise security policies
