In this role, you’ll collaborate across business, technology, and security teams to design intelligent automation solutions, lead technical discussions, and guide adoption of cutting-edge M365 capabilities. What You’ll Do • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform • Design and implement AI-driven workflow automation using Microsoft 365 tools • Collaborate globally to identify workflow opportunities and optimize business processes • Lead training, demos, and adoption initiatives across diverse teams • Troubleshoot complex issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Document best practices and solutions • Deliver technical presentations to large stakeholder groups • Provide flexible 24x7 support, including nights/weekends when needed What You Bring • 10+ years with Microsoft technologies; 5+ years managing M365 environments • Deep knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive • Experience with Copilot • Proficiency in SharePoint workflows, Azure AD, and Office suite • Experience with Python and C# for development • Strong problem-solving and infrastructure knowledge across server, network, and application stacks • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven experience in a global enterprise financial services environment (required) • Availability for flexible, around-the-clock support coverage Be a driving force in delivering next-gen digital experiences with AI-powered collaboration tools.
