Job Description Assists in the application of standards affecting foundational omni-channel data. Applies global and corporate standards and administers business applications. Detects, researches, and responds to inefficiencies or inadequacies within processes and systems supporting or involving foundational data. Job Grade 3 Job Tier 2 Career Area Retail Specialist Supervisor No Job Qualifications Two years of experience in planning, executing, applying data standards. Prior experience understanding the systemic flow of product information preferred. Additional Qualifications/Requirements • Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas) • Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work” • Candidates eligible for the Military Spouse Exemption may be considered for remote work • Alternate authorized onsite duty location may be determined following selection. Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems) • MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS - Required • QUERY TOOLS (TOAD, SQL) - Required Major Duties Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system; audits output data. Assists in the planning of new business systems supported by foundational data. Assists and monitors the execution of business systems supported by foundational data. Assists in the research and planning of existing foundational data processes. Works with supplier partners, buyers and associates working with each channel to solve issues causing inaccurate or missing data. Aides in the administration of existing foundational data applications. Maintains and revises procedural lists, controls records and coding schemes to process source data.
