This candidate will manage the daily deactivation and daily leave of absence (loa) reports from client's Human Resources to ensure ServiceNow request has been sent in parallel to Beacon/Fiori. Job Description: Seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to lead an Account Management team. This role is responsible for ticket assignment, queue management, daily reconciliation with HR data, and training staff on all team processes and procedures. The candidate will manage daily deactivation and leave of absence reports, ensure timely ticket closure, and maintain accurate documentation for all processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead account management activities including ticket assignment, queue management, and daily deactivation/LOA reporting. Train and support Account Management staff on all processes and procedures. Administer and configure multiple critical systems such as Microsoft Active Directory, enterprise identity management, and ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow). Resolve incidents and document solutions within ticketing systems; provide weekly status reports to management. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards. Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures. Required Skills & Experience: Advanced account management experience (3+ years required). Hands-on administration of Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 in multi-site, multi-domain environments (3+ years required). Advanced knowledge of IT security measures and compliance. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management. Ability to work independently and lead projects, ensuring timely delivery and documentation.
