About the role: As a Windows System Administration Intern, you will have basic IT Systems administration skills along with a basic knowledge of the following technologies: • IP & DNS Management • Windows Server • Microsoft Azure • Experience with virtualization platforms You will report to the Windows & Platform Services Manager and be located at our Cranberry location. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and action customer requests and automated alerts in the ITSM system • Create reports to aid in the analysis of production activities • Job shadow more experienced analysts during daily activities • Join and contribute to team building exercises and knowledge sharing Qualifications: • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information systems • Completed Sophomore year of college • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident • No relocation assistance provided We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
