///W2 Contract Onsite Position in Plano TX area/// An International IT support & solutions serving the automotive industry is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Power BI Developer - Microsoft Power Apps Platform with experience in Japanese language and business culture to support Japan-based clients and projects and eager to grow their skills. Your primary role will be providing day-to-day IT assistance within the company and supporting tasks related to Microsoft Power Apps. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Conduct requirement hearings, workshops, and interviews to understand business processes and objectives. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Create and maintain requirement documents, specification documents, and user guides. • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Apps solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption. • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift 10-25 pounds if needed. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision and hearing. • Other duties assigned depending on various projects requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Strong background in stakeholder communication, requirements gathering, and documentation. • Hands-on experience creating requirement documents, functional specifications, and technical specifications. • Familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integration. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
