Microsoft 365 Administrator Target Pay Rate: $40-$50hr Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement and maintain system integrations with other applications. Manage data migrations and data cleansing. Extend the capability of the application through the creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports Obtain and/or enhance knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics 365 infrastructure, Office365, 3rd party add-on products. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of four (4) years of practical experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree. Experience with Dynamics application architecture, designing and building custom workflows. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse. Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis. Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications Superior Technical proficiency with SQL for reviewing data, troubleshooting, developing user reports, and testing/validating source system data Experience developing and maintaining automated data exchange via EDI, flat files, etc. Experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services Previous work experience with a non-profit organization A leading provider of professional staffing and search services, Addison Group distinguishes itself through exceptional delivery, specialized knowledge and strong relationships.
