We hire top performers and allow you the autonomy to deliver results. • 6x Snowflake Partner of the Year (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025) • Fivetran, dbt, Atlation, Matillion Partner of the Year • #1 Partner in Snowflake Advanced Certifications • 600+ Expert Cloud Certifications (Sigma, AWS, Azure, Dataiku, etc) • Recognized as an award-winning workplace in US, India and LATAM The IT Operations Administrator at phData will be expected to: • Manage and resolve IT support requests and questions from employees spanning device, account, application, server, and service issues. • Configure and ship new laptops to employees. • Wipe and reinstall OS on laptops received from exit employees for reuse. • Maintain IT asset inventory. • Complete vendor trade-in program for old devices. • Lead the IT section of weekly virtual onboarding sessions, walking new employees through an overview of phData’s primary accounts, tools, and security practices. • Conduct timely review of security alerts across multiple platforms and maintain device security compliance statuses. • Create and configure accounts for new employees, and de-provision accounts for departing employees. • Change configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues. • Work with different MDM systems and execute app deployments, policy implementations, and configuration automations. • Maintain an Entra ID domain with user accounts, dynamic groups, licensing, and enterprise app integrations. • Provide on-site audio/visual setup and technical support for occasional events. • Create proposal docs and technical documentation to drive well–defined IT implementations. • Execute all core responsibilities reliably and independently. Experience and other requirements: • A total of 3+ years of experience with at least 1 year as a System Admin or Network admin. • Available to be in the Minneapolis office as needed, up to 3 days a week. • Extensive experience and excellent troubleshooting skills on all operating systems, laptop and desktop hardware, and other IT devices. • Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows 11, Windows Server, MDM, Google Workspace, MS Entra ID, AWS, MS Office 365 • Advanced knowledge and experience in Windows and macOS installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of security and network monitoring tools and applications. • Knowledge and experience in cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Extensive customer support experience with being a good team player. • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. • Detail-oriented. • Bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Skills/Experience: • Prefer any of the following hands-on experience: Windows, macOS, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), Office 365, Google Workspace/GSuite, Azure Sentinel, AWS Workspaces, AWS EC2 and networking, Windows Server, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint security, Jira service management, OpenVPN, etc. • Experience in servers and virtualization. • Experience in network (routing, switching, wireless, and security) infrastructure setup and maintenance. • Experience with SSO and SCIM configurations phData celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
