Job Description Description : Were seeking an experienced and self-driven IT Systems Administrator / Data Analyst to manage and support our on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. This is a generalist role that touches every corner of our technology ecosystemfrom day-to-day system administration and user support to project implementation and vendor management. Key Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot core IT systems, including : Epicor Eclipse ERP and other Epicor software Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), and Exchange Online VMWare vSphere virtualization environment Active Directory / Group Policy RingCentral phone system Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and related Linux services Provide end-user support across desktops, network devices, and applications. Manage system monitoring, performance tuning, and routine maintenance tasks. Lead and execute IT infrastructure and software projects (e.g., upgrades, migrations). Oversee data backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and processes. Conduct business analysis and gather analytics using tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Formstack Collaborate with and manage external IT vendors and service providers. Ensure all systems adhere to internal policies and IT best practices. Requirements : Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role. Proven experience supporting warehouse or distribution environments. Strong proficiency in : Windows Server and Active Directory environments Virtualization (VMware vSphere) Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) Network administration and VPN tools Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Epicor Eclipse or similar ERP platforms. Experience with business analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Phocas) Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Red Hat, Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr City Supply
