Job Overview: XPECT Solutions is seeking a skilled Active Directory/Zscaler Engineer to join our dynamic team in support of a federal customer. In this critical role, you will design, implement, and manage secure, enterprise-level Active Directory and Zscaler solutions to ensure robust identity management, strong security posture, and cloud-based access for users. Your expertise will drive mission-critical operations, safeguarding sensitive data and systems while supporting the customer’s unique requirements. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and are passionate about delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, we invite you to apply. *This position has a Hybrid Work Schedule of 4 days remote and one day onsite per week* Core Responsibilities: - Design and deployment of Active Directory components such as Organizational Units, Group Policies, and DNS records - The Design and Deployment of Zscaler solution - Creating and maintaining SDLC documentation such as - Detailed Designs - Implementation Plans - Operational Guides - Interacting with Government Customer clients on a regular basis - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for internal IT staff - Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Zscaler solutions Requirements: - U.S. Citizen with Eligibility for Public Trust (Level 6) - Experience with Active Directory: - Architecture - Design - Group Policies, DNS, replication services - Disaster Recovery - Troubleshooting - Experience Deploying Active Directory - Experience Deploying and Configuring Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) - Experience Optimizing Zscaler configurations for performance - Experience with the integration of Zscaler and Active Directory for seamless authentication and policy enforcement - Familiarity with Project Management best practices, and processes. - Experience scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc) Preferred Additional Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in Federal Government IT environments - Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) - Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified Identity and Access Administrator, Zscaler Certified, Certified Cloud Professional) - Disaster Recovery planning and deployment - ITIL Foundation certification Benefits: Xpect Solutions, LLC is a one-of-a-kind employer with a talented team that is cleared at various levels and is certified in dozens of industry-recognized certifications.
