The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks, Data Science, Azure Data Lake, ML/Kube/Sagema/Azure ML Admin, and Azure ML Studio. This role requires working from the office during day shifts and does not involve travel. Proficiency in English is essential. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Utilize Azure ML and Databricks to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and data pipelines Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions. Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, and apply them to improve existing processes and models Communicate complex analytical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions using Databricks and Azure Data Lake. Oversee the development and deployment of data science models to solve complex business problems. Provide technical expertise in ML/Kube/Sagema/Azure ML Admin and Azure ML Studio Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business objectives. Ensure data integrity and security across all data platforms and solutions. Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture and processes. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills. Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of data solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and machine learning. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data architecture and machine learning models. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Databricks and Azure Data Lake. Demonstrate strong knowledge of data science and machine learning principles Have hands-on experience with ML/Kube/Sagema/Azure ML Admin and Azure ML Studio. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking. Display strong collaboration and communication skills Have a track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members. Be adept at performance tuning and optimization of data solutions Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies Be capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
