Azure Databricks Engineer 💰 Salary: 146,000 - 149,000 USD per year At BCforward we are looking for a Data engineer! 🛠️ Our tech stack: Azure, Cloud, ETL, Support, Web, Data 📝 Rquirements: Azure Databricks Engineer We are seeking a highly motivated Azure Databricks Engineer with the ability to plan and design ETL pipelines and product solutions using Azure Databricks. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating resilient processes to ingest data from various on-prem and cloud transactional databases and APIs. You should be able to develop business requirements, facilitate change management documentation, and actively collaborate with stakeholders. 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: - Research and engineer repeatable and resilient ETL workflows using Databricks notebooks and Delta Live Tables for both batch and stream processing. - Collaborate with business users to develop data products that align with business domain expectations. - Work with database administrators to ingest data from cloud and on-prem transactional databases. - Contribute to the development of the Data Architecture for NC DIT - Transportation by: - Following practices for keeping sensitive data secure. - Streamlining the development of data products for use by data analysts and data scientists. - Developing and maintaining documentation for data engineering processes. - Ensuring data quality through testing and validation. - Sharing insights and experiences with stakeholders and engineers throughout DIT - Transportation.
