Indotronix is seeking a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Specialist Remote, with our direct client Position: Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Specialist Position Location: Remote Acceptable time zone(s): EST Days of the week: M-F Working Hours: Could be varied shifts-Will discuss with candidates Intended length of Assignment: Long Term Duration: Contract to hire Roles and Responsibilities: • Assists in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, emergency response, and recovery. Guides the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective. • Supports business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Provides support and expertise during live events. • Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle. • Monitors and reports on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. Supports businesses in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues. • Develops, enhances and disseminates information on continuity processes, standards and initiatives. Provides support for the development and delivery of training on business continuity Must Have Technical Skills: · Crisis management, Incident response, event response Enterprise experience • Business Resiliency/Continuity experience • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint • Development and management of internal risks and controls • Development of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans • Experience with Regulatory and/or Audit exams • ServiceNow • Experience with technology risk within Financial institutions • Microsoft Office Suite Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Proficient in Visio • Proficient in Tableau • Experience with Fusion Risk Management • Analytical background • Experience with KY3P (know your third party) • CBCP certification Soft Skills: Written and Verbal Communication Education/Certifications: Preferred bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience - CBCP certification nice to have Interview Process: Video Interview Indotronix Commitment: A Safe and Inclusive Workplace" – Promoting a Culture of Inclusion, Respect, Equality, and Diversity: Ensuring Safety and Non-Discrimination.
