Merrick Bank is an FDIC-insured Utah Industrial Loan Bank. Merrick operates three main business lines: credit cards, recreational lending, and merchant services. Carson Smithfield, LLC provides a variety of post-charge-off debt recovery services, including digital self-service, IVR, live agent, and external agency management. Essential Functions • Primarily responsible for technical administration of Archer 6.x platform • Lead the administration of the platform in areas such as user accounts, data feeds, workflow & reports access etc. • Provide development / configuration support based on technical requirements • Own Technical issue/problem resolution and request management • Provides analysis and recommendations for solutions, system design and configuration of Archer GRC as part of the Implementation team • Support the Risk Management team through development, creation, and implementation of testing scenarios and use cases within the GRC application (Archer) • Support and/or perform the ongoing configuration and support for the GRC platform • Support implementation of controls through the creation and/or update of user manuals, reports, and/or presentations, using a variety of desktop applications • Provide ongoing end user support for the GRC software across the business • Execute and document test cases • Define and configure questionnaires, workflows, forms and reports in Archer • Lead and support Archer version upgrades. Install, test and deploy new applications live in the application • undefined • Lead internal and external support and administrator resources as needed • Design and conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders • Provide on-call support when Production issues occur Required Skills • Experience managing Governance, Risk & Compliance software • Ability to implement and maintain software, including requirements gathering, solution design, rapid application deployment, testing, documentation, and ongoing support of platform • Ability to lead cross functional teams through project completion • Firm understanding of 3rd party system integration architecture and experience deploying integrations with other applications • Broad knowledge of Risk Management, control design, execution and monitoring • Business analysis skills and the ability to understand business process workflows – (inputs/outputs/approval steps) • Ability to communicate effectively with others (internal and external) • Good organizational skills and strong problem solving skills • Ability to effectively document business requirements, design test cases and configure software • Possess strong technical skills for creating data feeds (SQL BD queries, XML, XSLT, etc.) • Understanding of basic formula functions using Microsoft Excel Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplines • 2+ years of experience as Archer administrator • 2nd level Archer certification • 2+ years of Archer implementation and integration experience • Experience working with databases and managing multiple data feeds • Experience with developing complex reports in Archer • Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
