Business Development Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform £80k to £110k base + double OTE About the Opportunity We are currently collaborating with leading Microsoft Partners who are expanding their sales teams specializing in D365 and Power Platform. We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to drive client acquisition, cultivate strategic relationships, and deliver measurable growth in the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem. Package: • Base salary: £80k to £110k (Depending on Experience) • On-target earnings: Up to £220k What You Will Be Doing • Drive New Business Growth Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across D365 and Power Platform solutions. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with each Partner's growth objectives. Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract signing. • Build Strategic Relationships Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and IT leads. Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions and solution offerings. Represent the organization at key Microsoft and industry events to elevate brand presence and generate leads. • Deliver Consistent Results Maintain precise forecasting, reporting, and CRM management. Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to long-term account development and partnership success. What We're Looking For Demonstrated success selling D365 or Power Platform solutions within a Microsoft Partner or similar technology setting. Strong grasp of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling techniques. Commercially savvy, self-driven, and confident in engaging senior decision-makers.
