The ideal candidate will have experience in a recognized Electronic Health Record System. Responsibilities: • Identify and quantify IT risk factors for EHR application security and related infrastructure. • Knowledge of: • Active Directory • Group Permission • PC refresh and software installations • Inventory and software management utilizing Asset Panda • Manage user accounts; receive and transfer inventory to maintain accurate records. • Effective communication skills (oral and written). • Working knowledge and experience with: • Keystone Edge • Microsoft OS • MS Office • DocuSign • Panda • VITA Remote tools • DEXIS • Adobe • Teams/SharePoint • VPN access • Inventory operations • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. • Provide Tier III and other support as requested. • Investigate and troubleshoot issues. • Diagnose and recover from hardware or software failures. • Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. • Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly; upgrade administrative tools/utilities. • Configure and add new services as needed. • Upgrade and configure system software supporting GIS or Asset Management applications. • Maintain operational, configuration, and other procedures. • Perform periodic performance reporting for capacity planning. • Conduct performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as needed.
