JOB CLOSES: September 21st, 2025 GENERAL SUMMARY Provides excellent customer service, routine user support, simple problem analysis and resolution, general technical assistance, and training for information systems. Immediately report injuries for prompt diagnosis and treatment. 3) Make regular suggestions for safety process improvements to support continuous safety improvement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description. • Responds to activities reported to the IT Service Desk. • Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment and data. • Assists in the management of inventory for hardware and software. • Serve as a technical resource on projects. • Performs administrative support functions for programs and activities related to the Information Technology Team. • Assists the Information Technology department with training materials (how to videos, documents, etc) • All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS • This position does not directly supervise any employees. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Required Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED with at least two semesters completed at an accredited college or university; college major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
