Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Apps and SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our SharePoint environment. This role requires a strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, with additional responsibilities in Power BI reporting and process documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, improve collaboration, and deliver actionable insights through data visualization. Key Responsibilities SharePoint Administration • Administer and support SharePoint Online. • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions. • Implement governance policies, security controls, and best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint related issues and performance bottlenecks. • Manage site provisioning, migrations, and upgrades. Power BI Reporting • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision making. • Connect to various data sources including SharePoint lists, Excel, SQL databases, and cloud services. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insightful visualizations. • Optimize data models and ensure data accuracy and performance. Process Documentation & Improvement • Create and maintain detailed documentation for SharePoint configurations, workflows, and procedures. • Document business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows. • Train end-users and provide support for SharePoint and Power BI tools. Qualifications Required • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration (Online and/or On-Prem). • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, and data modeling. • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate). • Experience with process documentation and technical writing. • Excellent problem solving and communication skills. 9/80 workweek
