SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Administrator / Security Engineer Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (On-site, 5 days per week) Overview: We are seeking a hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) specialist to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives and strengthen the organization’s overall security posture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning and evolving a critical SaaS identity platform from configuration and automation to integration and governance within a collaborative enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary administrator for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), responsible for configuration, deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management. • Design and implement identity governance workflows, role-based access controls (RBAC), and policy automation within ISC. • Integrate SailPoint ISC with enterprise systems such as Azure AD, HRIS, and key business applications to streamline provisioning and deprovisioning. • Develop and maintain identity connectors and APIs, leveraging tools such as PowerShell, REST APIs, or Terraform for automation and integration. • Conduct access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit reporting to ensure compliance with SOX, NIST, and internal governance requirements. • Monitor and optimize ISC performance and configuration to align with evolving business and security needs. • Partner with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to improve IAM maturity and support initiatives in threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response. • Document and communicate IAM processes, standards, and best practices across teams. Qualifications: • Proven experience administering or developing within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) (IdentityIQ experience also considered). • Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, SSO, and IAM best practices. • Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and API integrations for identity management solutions. • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards such as SOX, NIST, and ISO 27001. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field preferred.
