Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions • Build and enhance our industry-leading Returns Management SaaS Platform. • Collaborate with passionate teams to turn challenging requirements into exceptional solutions. • Continuously innovate to ensure our platform stays fast, scalable, and reliable. • Dive deep into business processes, developing technological solutions that delight our clients. Our Tech Stack (Your Playground!): • Backend: .NET 6–8, C# (legacy support with .NET Framework 4.8) • Architecture: Microservices • Databases: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB • Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure • Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitLab • Monitoring & Logging: Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus • Collaboration Tools: Slack, Confluence, Miro • Methodology: Agile/Scrum using Jira You are a Perfect Match If You: • Have strong hands-on experience in .NET and C# development. • Love creating clean, robust, and maintainable code. • Are passionate about RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern web architectures. • Have a strong grasp of relational databases like MSSQL or PostgreSQL. • Enjoy working collaboratively, communicating clearly, and solving problems effectively. • Communicate confidently in English (Upper-intermediate or above). Bonus Points: • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud technologies. • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). • Knowledge of OpenAPI (Swagger). • Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests. • Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to optimize your coding workflow, such as AI-assisted coding, automated code reviews, or generative AI tools. • Proficiency in languages such as Russian, Romanian, or Spanish (any of these would be a fantastic plus!). Qualifications • Python Expertise – 3-5 years of experience with Python for data handling, API interactions, and automation • Database Querying – Strong SQL & NoSQL skills for retrieving and structuring large datasets • OpenAI API & LLM Experience – Experience or strong interest in working with OpenAI’s API (GPT models) and prompt engineering • AI Prompt Optimization – Understanding of how to structure AI prompts for clarity, accuracy, and efficiency • API Integration & Automation – Experience in RESTful API interactions and processing structured responses • Data Processing & Transformation – Proficiency in pandas, numpy for cleaning and preparing data before AI inference • Scalability & Performance Optimization – Familiarity with asynchronous programming, parallel processing, caching • Version Control & CI/CD – Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines Preferred Skills • Experience fine-tuning OpenAI models or custom LLM deployment • Hands-on experience with big data tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) • Familiarity with asynchronous processing (asyncio, Celery) for high-volume API calls • Experience in pricing automation & AI-powered decision-making
