Job Summary: Principal Consultant Experience: 10+ years leading enterprise-scale data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation programs. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's/Master's in CS, IS, Engineering, or Business Analytics. PMP/PgMP preferred. Agile/Scrum (CSM, SAFe) is a plus. Responsibilities: • Lead engagement delivery across multiple workstreams • Interface with executive stakeholders • Oversee resource allocation and contract compliance • Guide prioritization of analytics/AI initiatives • Prepare executive reports and recommendations Additional: Experience with government or utility projects preferred. 2. AI Architect Experience: 10+ years in AI architecture; 3+ years in production-grade AI/NLP integrations. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's/Master's in CS, AI, or Software Engineering. Azure/AWS Solutions Architect preferred. Responsibilities: • Architect scalable AI/ML pipelines • Implement NLP/computer vision models • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards • Design MLOps pipelines and monitoring systems Additional: Experience with Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, ERP/CRM integrations. 3. Data Engineer / Big Data Engineer Experience: 8+ years in ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time/batch/streaming data. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's in CS, IT, or Data Engineering. Azure/GCP/AWS Data Engineer preferred. Responsibilities: • Build ingestion pipelines from APIs, sensors, legacy systems • Manage data lakes/warehouses • Implement governance and metadata tracking Additional: Skilled in Spark, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka. 4. Business Intelligence Developer / Power BI Developer Experience: 6+ years in dashboards, KPIs, data visualization. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or IS. Power BI certification preferred. Responsibilities: • Develop dashboards using Power BI/Tableau • Optimize data models and enable self-service analytics • Integrate visualizations with portals/intranet Additional: Experience with Azure Analysis Services, Power Query/M. 5. Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer Experience: 5+ years in NLP; 2+ years integrating NLP into enterprise systems. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Computational Linguistics, AI, ML, or CS. Azure AI Engineer or AWS ML Specialty preferred. Responsibilities: • Design NLP pipelines (summarization, Q&A, entity extraction) • Implement semantic search and chat assistants • Fine-tune transformer models (BERT, GPT, etc.) Additional: Experience with RAG, Pinecone/FAISS, hybrid architectures. 6. Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist Experience: 6–10 years in ML model development and deployment. Education & Certifications: Master's in Data Science, Math, Stats, or related field. TensorFlow, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker certification preferred. Responsibilities: • Train models for classification, forecasting, anomaly detection • Implement MLOps workflows and monitor model performance • Ensure reproducibility and documentation Additional: Proficient in MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SHAP, LIME.
