Responsibilities Providing direct support to OSD Energy, this Data Management Analyst will: Develop, implement, and maintain data management policies and processes to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business objectives and project goals. • Monitor and analyze data systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring data quality and accuracy across all platforms. • Facilitate data governance initiatives to promote best practices and compliance with industry regulations. • Provide training and support to team members on data management tools, policies, and procedures. • Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role. • Strong understanding of data management principles, policies, and best practices. • Proficiency in data management tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning data strategies to support business objectives. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to data management. • Demonstrated ability to uphold ethical standards and maintain data confidentiality and security. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance in a timely manner is required. Desired Skills • Masters degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)). • Experience with cloud-based data management solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and automation. • Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and their applications in data management. • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques for data analysis and predictive modeling. • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead data-related projects from inception to completion. • Experience with data privacy laws, such as GDPR or CCPA, and their impact on data management practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders. Target salary range: $82,986 - $141,154 The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
