Technical Competencies - 10+ Years of experience in JDA Supply Chain, including functional and technical support, upgrade and implementation experience - Functional expertise, end to end process support, hands-on configuration changes, development - Proficient with ERP/MRP system for planning, scheduling, and inventory control - Must have participated in 3- 5 large scale implementations within a manufacturing, industrial, hi- tech or consumer goods company - Good understanding of Manufacturing domain and Business Processes -Subject matter in the following areas: • Demand Planning and Demand management • Order Management • Receiving • Shipping • Inventory Management • Intelligent Fulfillment • Warehouse Controls • Labor Standards • Systems / Data integration experiences - Must have experience in SCOP from v 9.0 through v 2016.1 - Must be hands on the Demand & Fulfillment modules with strong application configuration skills - Must have experience in Implementation, teaming for technical upgrade, Hyper care and support projects. - Experience in root cause analysis and issue resolution and SLA adherence - APICS CPIM certification highly desired - Develop and execute test cases for software modifications - Ensure successful project completion, exceeding client expectations and continually building strong client relationship Behavioral Expertise - Must possess good client facing skills. - Must double up as a team player and a team leader and work with both Onsite & Offshore counterparts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience working in multinational and geographically dispersed teams - Manage client relations by providing business and systems expertise - Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for management reporting and presentation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
