This position is open to remote applicants (preferably near major Ardurra offices). Primary Function: You’ll be responsible for developing Ardurra’s enterprise data foundation, building analytics and automation capabilities, and working directly with business leaders to deliver measurable impact through data insights and AI-driven efficiencies. You will combine strong technical execution skills with strategic thinking. This role is ideal for someone who can architect and build data solutions hands-on, while shaping the direction of Ardurra’s data and AI initiatives. Primary Duties: Data Strategy & Execution • Translate business priorities into actionable data and AI solutions across HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other functions. • Define and execute the data and analytics roadmap in alignment with the company’s digital transformation goals. • Balance strategy and delivery — able to design, build, and implement solutions end-to-end. Data Platform & Engineering • Build and manage a centralized data lake on Ardurra’s Azure environment using Microsoft Fabric and related technologies. • Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and ensure strong data quality and governance. Integration & Automation • Leverage Workato as the enterprise integration and automation platform to connect systems, streamline processes, and reduce manual effort. • Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve productivity across business functions. • Leverage Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for integrations across a variety of platforms Analytics & Visualization • Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making. • Partner with functional leaders to define KPIs and create actionable insight models. AI & Innovation • Explore and prototype AI/ML and Generative AI use cases that can improve operational efficiency or enhance client and employee experience. • Experience in machine learning/AI/Gen AI models leveraging cloud environments preferred. • Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and market innovations to bring practical solutions to Ardurra. Collaboration & Delivery • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes with a focus on speed, quality, alignment, and scalability. • Manage external vendors or contractors as needed to accelerate delivery. • Experience in agile delivery preferred. Education and Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field • 6–10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or applied AI roles • Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Workato • Proven ability to build data lakes, pipelines, and visualization solutions from the ground up • Familiarity with automation, ML, and GenAI frameworks • Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively across technical and business teams • Prior experience in a fast paced Private Equity-backed environment is a plus Why Ardurra?
