Why This Role Matters As the IT & Data Support Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to partner for employees when it comes to technology needs, training, and troubleshooting. Beyond fixing issues, you’ll help empower our team with the knowledge and tools they need to be confident and productive in using our systems. This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on support, enjoys creating training resources, and wants to drive real impact in a people-focused company. What You’ll Do • Serve as the primary contact for internal IT support requests, delivering timely, friendly, and effective assistance. 7am in office start time preferred. • Develop and maintain knowledge-based training tools such as how-to guides, video tutorials, and FAQs to help employees troubleshoot common issues independently. • Conduct employee training sessions on new systems, software updates, and best practices. • Deploy, configure, and support company iPads, laptops, and other devices. • Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, and renewals while keeping accurate records. • Support data integrity efforts by assisting with reporting, data management tasks, and process documentation. • Collaborate with third-party IT vendors when additional expertise is required. • Proactively identify ways to improve IT processes and enhance employee experience. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years in IT support, help desk, or technical training roles. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others learn and succeed. • Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, iOS devices, and basic networking concepts. • Ability to create easy-to-follow training materials and deliver live or virtual training sessions. • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. • A self-starter with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
