Job description Infosys is seeking a Senior Azure APIM / AIS Consultant. As a Senior Azure APIM / AIZ Consultant. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience with Information TechnologyCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. This position may require travel and / or relocation.Preferred QualificationsAtleast 2 years of hand-on Experience with API gateways and management platforms (Azure APIM &AIS, IBM APIConnect)Atleast 2 years of experience with cloud platforms Familiarity with microservices, architecture and containerization Experience in API architecture, design, and implementation. of end-of-end API design, including mapping specifications, data transformation, error handling and loggingExperience in providing integration solutions with Azure integration stack – Azure APIM, Function Apps, LogicApps, Azure Service BusGood understanding and knowledge on implementing various security protocols - OAuth2, Basic Auth, Certificate-based authentication, TLS encryptionStrong background in enterprise integration strategies and SOA.Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks.Excellent understanding of security protocols, performance optimization, and system scalability.Ability to lead and guide technical teams in delivering complex integration solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
