Senior IT Specialist – Hybrid CRG Recruitment are working with a client to recruit a Senior IT Specialist / IT Manager to lead their technology department. You will come on board to maintain, secure and optimize my client IT infrastructure, support it’s enterprise applications and drive process improvements. We are looking for candidates with 5 plus years’ experience of IT support, system administration and a proven track record in enterprise environments. You will have experience of building an IT department from scratch and be hands on from low-level tickets to strategic initiatives. We are looking for candidates with experience in start-ups or high-growth companies. Key Responsibilities within the role, • Own end-to-end IT support: onboarding/offboarding, email setup, device provisioning, ticket resolution, troubleshooting across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms • Manage data security across the organization and for global employees • Implement best practices and SOPs for IT operations • Introduce new systems/tools • Hands-on execution with strategic leadership Key Skills required, • Experience building or significantly scaling an IT department, ideally in a start-up or high-growth company • Strong management/leadership ability, able to design processes and build teams. • Hands-on skills with Google Workspace, macOS, and Microsoft 365. • Strong security focus – policies, monitoring, global laptop/device management. • Comfortable working in a start-up environment: rolling up sleeves, handling tickets, and setting long-term strategy simultaneously. • Manage and support enterprise Cloud Data platforms On offer is a salary range of $115k to $130k plus benefits Interested!?!
