Position: BI Report Developer (Power BI, SSRS) Talent Aquisition Manager @ Sogeti, part of Capgemini | South & Northeast Division About the job: Sogeti is seeking a BI Report Developer to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot enterprise-level Power BI and SSRS reports and dashboards. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and usability of business reporting solutions. What you will do at Sogeti: • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports. • Address report refresh errors, data discrepancies, and visualization issues. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy and usability. • Support ongoing reporting needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What you will bring: • Strong proficiency in DAX, SSRS, Power BI Service, and UX/UI best practices. • Experience troubleshooting report refresh errors and data discrepancies. • Ability to migrate and standardize legacy reports. • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
