SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant for a high-profile opportunity supporting our client. This role involves assessing business needs, designing and implementing customized CRM solutions, and ensuring strong user adoption across the organization. This consultant will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize CRM performance and drive strategic initiatives. Qualified candidates MUST currently reside in South Carolina. This position requires 3 days onsite/week in Columbia, SC. Required Skills of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant: • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – configuration, implementation, and optimization. • ​​7+ years of experience with sales processes including workflows, pipeline management, and process optimization. • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and working with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant: • Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems that align with organizational goals. • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and guides to support consistent CRM usage. • Create and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, data integrity, and operational efficiency. • Monitor and analyze CRM performance, providing recommendations for optimization and process enhancement. • Prepare reports and insights for leadership and key stakeholders on CRM adoption, utilization, and ROI. • Assist with CRM vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation for new platforms or upgrades. Work Location: 3 days ONSITE/WEEK in Columbia, SC.
