The Solution Architect will work with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements, recommend solutions, and develop proposals outlining the solutions and associated services. The Solution Architect will go wide and deep in developing solutions in Modern Infrastructure, Security, Data &AI, and Enterprise Productivity. Duties and Responsibilities · Establish trusted advisor relationship with decision makers and senior buyers · Confer with customer, prospects and salespeople to collect requirements · Provide advice and make recommendations about which technologies would be suitable to use for various projects · Build and maintain relationships with technology ecosystem partners · Determine technical risk and issues and suggest mitigation options · Develop proposals and solution briefs in alignment with company standards · Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop project cost estimates · Keep certifications/skills updated and proactively stay on top of current events in the industry · Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested Qualifications (Skills in 1 or more of the following): Expertise developing and positioning client solutions in the following areas: · Modern Infrastructure solutions including Dell, HPE, Nutanix, Pure etc. · Virtualization technologies · Private, Public, and Hybrid Cloud · Full-stack security: perimeter, endpoint, cloud, MDR, resiliency and recovery · Microsoft platforms and solutions including Windows, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Copilot · AI readiness and enablement · Outstanding listening, presentation and client interface skills · Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction · Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be self-directed and independent.
