Data Transformation Developer (Azure Synapse Pipelines / Azure Data Factory) - open to contract or fulltime/direct hire SUMMARY Join Aperia Solutions, a leader in SaaS solutions for the Payments and Compliance industries. Role Objective: Implement AI-assisted transformation workflows, validate mapping rules, and deploy data ingestion pipelines leveraging both automation and human-in-the-loop processes. Technical Skills Required: Azure Synapse Pipelines / Azure Data Factory Pipeline development and parameterization · Integration with external services (Functions, APIs) SQL & SSIS Understanding o Ability to translate legacy logic into declarative/LLM-driven pipelines o Familiar with stored procedures and T-SQL logic Python o For data wrangling and transformation scripting o Use in Azure Functions or preprocessing steps LLM Integration Experience o Ability to use and fine-tune prompts in Azure AI Foundry o Basic understanding of prompt flow concepts Documentation & Data Mapping o Creating mapping files, transformation specs o Ability to interpret business logic and encode it programmatically ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS · Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
