Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their business needs and objectives. • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through effective account management strategies. • Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and expand the customer base. • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery. • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company goals while meeting client expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. • Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and retention. Qualifications • Proven experience in wholesale home décor or a related industry • Existing portfolio of leads or book of business (mass retail preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) • Strong understanding of retail math and data analysis • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Local to Memphis, TN preferred, but remote candidates with strong contacts will be considered If you are passionate about driving success through strategic account management and possess the skills outlined above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Key Account Manager.
