About the position Responsibilities • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP modules). • Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics and internal platforms (e.g., SAP, Foundry, Anaplan, Power Platform). • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom entities using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PowerApps. • Implement and manage security roles, access controls, and account hierarchies within Dynamics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Leverage Copilot Studio and AI tools to enhance CRM dashboards and automate insights. • Participate in full software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. • Document technical specifications, configurations, and development processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3-4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Proven full stack development experience (front-end and back-end). • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Azure services. • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, CDS). • Familiarity with Copilot Studio and AI-driven CRM enhancements. • Understanding of enterprise security roles and account management structures. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Azure Fundamentals).
