Job Description: Responsibilities Within delegated authority, the Microsoft PowerApps Developer Consultant will be responsible for the following duties: •Designs, develops, and implements custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps to meet the specific stakeholders' needs. Ensures applications are mobile-friendly and accessible across different devices and platforms. •Implements responsive design that works effectively across different devices and platforms. •Connects PowerApps to various data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. •Architects solutions that integrate with broader IT and business ecosystems. •Develops automated solutions with applications to optimize client interaction processes. •Participates in the enhancement of performance and usage of existing data products, for use by various user groups. •Conducts training and knowledge transfer sessions for UN staff to build internal knowledge on PowerApp development expertise. •Performs other duties as required. Experience: •A minimum of five years of progressively professional experience in systems design, programming languages, web development, software project management, or related area is required. •It is also required that at least two years of experience in designing and developing custom applications using Microsoft PowerApps to enhance processes. •Proficient in both canvas and model-driven app development environments. •Skilled in integrating PowerApps with various data sources, such as SQL databases, SharePoint lists and using connectors for Office 365, and external APIs. •Experience in managing and manipulating data within PowerApps, including creating, updating, and querying data sets. •Hands-on experience in automating workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate, which is closely integrated with PowerApps. •Ability to design and implement complex flows that trigger actions within CRM systems, send notifications, or automate tasks based on business rules. •Ability to create user-friendly interfaces and integrate business logic within applications. •It is desirable to have the following certifications: oMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals. oMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and has been in business for 35 years.
