We are currently seeking a skilled Microsoft PowerApps/Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in support of a Department of State initiative focused on modernizing and integrating business-critical applications across a global workforce. Role Overview: As a PowerApps/Dynamics Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Microsoft’s Power Platform and Dynamics 365 within a secure Azure GCC environment. You will work closely with analysts and stakeholders to turn business needs into secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to align with business processes • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights • Develop business process flows and automated workflows • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs • Troubleshoot application issues and implement timely fixes • Collaborate with business analysts and end users to ensure successful implementation • Document technical solutions and provide ongoing knowledge transfer • Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform updates, best practices, and certifications Minimum Qualifications: • Active Secret clearance (required) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline • 4+ years of C#/.NET development experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Experience with Power Platform Connectors and Custom Connectors • Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) • Strong understanding of REST APIs, ALM practices, and integration patterns • Front-end development familiarity (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) • Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, MB-200) strongly preferred Desired Qualifications: • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Service, Field) • Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integration • Proficiency in SQL Server and relational database design • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and communication abilities Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance mandatory Why Join Solutech?
