Dessert Holdings partners with some of North America's most iconic chains to bring people together to celebrate life's sweetest moments About the Role: Dessert Holdings is looking for a skilled Microsoft D365 ERP Functional Lead to join our dynamic IT organization based in St. Paul, MN. This position will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) solutions, with a focus on Order Management and Customer Service. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, design and optimize end-to-end order-to-cash solutions, and lead successful implementations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The typical hiring range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000 annually and is based on several factors such as education, work experience, skills, certifications, location, etc. In addition to pay, Dessert Holdings offers benefits such as a choice of comprehensive medical plans, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and retirement contribution to all eligible employees. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations (F&O), focusing on Sales Order Processing, Customer Service, Pricing, Returns Management, and Delivery Scheduling. • Conduct business analysis workshops and As-Is/To-Be process mapping for order-to-cash lifecycle. • Develop key project documentation including Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), test plans, and training materials. • Perform gap-fit analyses and recommend scalable solutions. • Configure D365 F&O Sales and Customer Service modules in line with business needs and industry best practices. • Support integration of D365 with external systems such as CRM, EDI, and logistics platforms. • Facilitate user training, UAT, and post-go-live support. • Partner with IT, Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and effective solution delivery. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012 experience. • Experience as a D365 Functional Lead. • Experience and deep functional skills in D365 modules including Sales Orders, Customers, Pricing, Order Promising, and Service Management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate technical requirements to business leaders. • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and cross-functional project teams. • Strong understanding of Microsoft LCS, Sure Step methodology, and implementation best practices. • Experience in manufacturing and/or food industry preferred. • Microsoft MB-230 (Customer Service), MB 210 (Sales), and MB-330 (Supply Chain) certifications and experience with EDI, CRM, third-party logistics integrations, TMS/WMS, and related ISVs or add-ons preferred. • Ability to travel up to 30% to Dessert Holdings' manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Canada as needed.
