Coupa P2P Functional Consultant job at Tata Consultancy Service Limited. Cincinnati, OH. Experience in P2P Indirect Procurement is mandatory. • 5years experience in Coupa. • Experience inCoupa as an ADMIN in a Support environment Good to Have: • ETLExperience Oracle SOA, PeopleSoft, CODA Technology, API • Abilityto manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline. • Experienceworking on ServiceNow, Azure Devops • Experienceworking in Agile methodology. • Experienceworking in ERPsS4 Hana, Maximo, JD Edwards -Manage common Coupa Admin tasks, Configure ContentGroups, Enterprise, Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, approval chains, POCustomizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, understand requirementsaround requisitions, POs, Invoices and configure workflow, receipts andtolerances, Deploy best Coupa practices. -Enable cXML Suppliers, Punch outs & Catalogues,Contracts, PO cXML and Invoice transmission process, Compliant Invoicing,Invoice Posting in SAP, Oracle and other Non-SAP ERP Systems. -Interact with the customer and do FIT Gap Analysis,Manage Coupa Release Upgrade, do impact analysis, SIT/UAT Testing, UnderstandIntegrations between CoupaPeopleSoft HR, Oracle and Supplier Systems with5 experiences. -Experience working on P2P integration objects such asSuppliers, Accounting Elements, Users, OK2PAY, Payment and Oracle EB TaxSabrix is a plus. -Coupa Certification required. -Experience in any ETL / Middleware tool used for Datamigration or sync - Bulk Transformation, Data Customization functions(concatenating, substring and so), Data Mapping, Performance, Loganalysis/Audit is a plus -Assists in the development of detailed systemspecifications for major business systems or technical support and/ordevelopmen t, integration and implementation projects. -Applies systems solutions to business/technicalproblems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, andintegration/implementation of automated information technology systems andcomponents. -Specific knowledge/experience with Procure to Paybusiness processes/applications and knowledge/experience with Informaticaexperience is a plus. -Competent to perform all programming, development, andintegration assignments without close supervision -Be able to work on more complex application/technicalproblem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift andweekend support calls. -Works independently on complex processes and modulesthat may be used by one or more programs or systems. -Performs integrated testing and customer acceptancetesting of system components that requires careful planning and execution toensure timely, quality results.
