Job Overview Job Title: .NET Developer Location: Little Rock, AR (Onsite) Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders only W2 Only Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer to join our development team in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web and enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core . Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Maintain application security, data integrity, and performance optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core . Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API . Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions). Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud services is preferred. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies . Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
